How do you play Squares?
Two players take turns connecting two adjacent dots with lines. If you complete the frame of a 1×1 box, you score 1 point and you get to draw another line. When all possible lines are drawn, the player with the most points wins.
How do I score points in Squares?
You score by drawing a line that completes the fourth side of a 1×1 box (i.e., completes the square). Each completed box is worth one point.
Does completing a square give me an extra turn?
Yes. When you complete a square, you earn a point and can (and should) draw another line immediately.
What board sizes are supported?
Field sizes from 3×3 up to 8×8 boxes are supported.
Can I change the difficulty of the opponent?
Yes. Using the traffic light control, you can set the opponent strength level to easy, normal, or hard.
